COMPLEX NETWORKS STATISTICAL CALCULATIONS

Description:
You may use this web interface to calculate some distinctive statistical properties of complex undirected graphs. You have to enter the graph topology as a list of links by specifying the two node indeces that define the link. You may use "cut and paste" if your graph is large.
By checking those boxes above you may calculate:

P(k), the degree distribution
Knn(k), the nearest neighbor connectivity
C(k), the clustering coefficient
B(k), the site betweeenness

The engine doing all calculation is the program Net. Pictures are drawn with Grace software.
